Use this page for questions about an order, a personalised wording request, printer fit, or a box idea that does not yet have a listing.

For personalised orders

Send the exact name, date, initials or wording and use the same email address as the Shopify order. If your order is based on an approved preview, include the preview/design name so it can be matched quickly.

For new designs

The easiest route is the Design Your Own Box page. Include the intended contents, approximate dimensions and how you want the mechanism to work.

For print questions

Tell us which product you are printing, your printer model, material and what part of the mechanism is giving trouble. Print-in-place clearances can vary with first-layer calibration and material.

3D BoxLab is actively adding new products, so if you have seen a preview or concept that is not live yet, ask and we can tell you its current status.
